AN form 6.6 question and NC service sign documents

Hi guys ,

I will applying in the next couple of days the AN form for naturalisation. (basis of marriage)

My problem is that I have 1 unspent conviction (traffic offence CU80 ). The circumstances was because of a computer error (yes believe it or not :-/ ) you can look at my other pot here for full explanation.

Any way after reading allot and asking people here I have decide to take the risk and apply with a covering docs & latter, my questions are:

1. In question 6.6 “*I declare that, although I do not meet all of the statutory requirements for naturalisation, I believe
that, in view of the following special circumstances, the Home Secretary should treat me as fulfilling
those requirements or waive the need in my case to fulfil them.â€
