ILR based on 10 year long residency

Hi,

I am having some difficulties in getting right answer for my question. please help if you can.

This is my 8th year in UK and I have plan to apply for ILR based on my 10 years residency in 2014. I have had 9 months long stay in Pakistan all at once, where as law states that you can only stay outside UK for maximum 6 months. I have the medical certificates for my illness while i was in Pakistan.

Can you please sugguest if that medical reasoning will satisfy the home office for providing me ILR and ignoring my 9 months stay because of medical reasoning.

Nobody can suggest that it may be allowed as it's very much outside the scope of the normal discretion that is applied in such cases. If you want someone to make a guess then mine would be to say no.

Nobody can "guess an idea" without knowing the severity of the medical condition and without knowing whether the "medical reasoning" adequately explains your inability to travel to UK during your illness.
