my appeal is allowed for dlr.however,as i lost my job,and i am aware of how long it takes for ukba to implement an appeal.is it ok to claim benefits to tide me over,as i have two kids and i need to provide for them.

FLR just means further leave to remain

What was your immigration status? what type of leave did you have and under what immigration category?
