Urgent PR clarification

I am a British citizen and what is the eligibility needed for me to apply for Indefinite leave to remain (PR) for my husband who is living in India(he is unemployed in India and he was liVing with me 2yrs back in Uk for 4yrs on a dependent HSMP( I was the main HSMP holder then ))
