i want the exact postal address to send the review request application by courier...

Please kindly give me complete postal address without post box number.

Did you bother reading the guidance notes ?? The review address is given on page 5 para 29

I guess, you are in a tearing hurry to send the review, so here you go -

i agree hat being soppn-fed is convenient, but i think you have not read my query properly.... i need address without post box address.. i need courer address.... hope you can understand it......

If you need review you can just fax them or email them. You dont need currier.

Just went through the guidance notes, and I don't think they have mentioned any address where one can "courier" review requests.

Anyone knows ??

Hi cmyaseen,

The website you're refering to is a 3rd pary website and might not have latest / updated information regarding HSMP. I believe that the Doncaster address is no longer valid (since June / July 2006).

Hi Vishalsunr,

I don't think anyone here is aware of a "non-PO box address for review request", if one actually exists. Otherwise, I am sure you'd have received a reply to your query by now.

Since time is of essence, did you try emailing your query to HO? They would be the best people to tell that.
