ILR- PEO appointment on Monday - Last check

Post by kdsuk » Thu Oct 20, 2011 3:53 pm

Hi everyone
I have a PEO solihull appointment on monday for ILR. I fall under HSMP JR.
I have included my wife as a dependant in my application. She is living with me in UK for less than 2 years ( 22 months precisely).I have got 167 days of absence from UK in last 5 years.

I have divided my documents into three categories.
1) 'Must be' Documents
2) 'Might be' Documents
3) 'You never know' Documents

1) - Completed Set(O) form including 2+2 photographs
- 3 months payslips
- 3 months bank statements( joint account)
- 4 P60s and for 1 year HMRC tax statement
- Our Passports
- Letter from Employer confirming my designation, salary, date of job commencement, want me for as long as possible in company and stating all leaves taken during my tenure were paid leaves.
- HSMP to Tier1 migrant extension letter issued in 2008. Its mentioned in the letter that my visa extension was considered under HSMP JR. Dont have original HSMP letter.

2) - Cohabitation documents ( NHS letters on our names, Driving licenses, Council tax letters, tenancy agreement and some utility bills from last 21 months)
- 9 months payslips ( Oct 2010- July 2011)
- 9 months bank statements ( Oct 2010 - July 2011)
- Marriage Certificate

3) Supporting documents attached when I applied for HSMP in 2006 i.e. my UK degree and previous experience certificates on which I claimed points initially.
Just in case....

Pleaase let me know if I am missing something.
Thanks

LIUK test is not required in my case as I come under HSMP JR.
I am also taking a copy of an email from UKBA confirming that myself and my spouse dont need LIUK and my spouse does not need to fulfill 2 years cohabitation requirement.
