hi guys!!!!
its really great to see most of them are getting their ilr,
i have been silent follower here since last month..i thought to share my time line too "according to my solicitor"

application date was : 15/08/2011
payment was taken debit card 24/08/2011
ackn received : 25/08/2011 i guess still wilth my solicitors

i had some issues, like my last T4 renewal was refused and appealed, but when they were refusing i have completed my 10 years and one month, yes i am stupid enough to not applying while they considering my T4 bla bla bla... but my solicitor advised me to go for the appeal and at the same time apply for my 10 years, my T4 hearing was 02/09/2011, but still did not receive any result for my hearing even though Judge told me i will be receiving her decision within three weeks......but im still waiting for both ..hopefully if everything is ok, i can expect anytime next week IA.

I got my confirmation letter today dated 19/10/2011. I think it was pretty quick because I sent application 17th, they got it on 18th and payment taken on 19th. So I guess I am in the queue. Lets see how long it takes.

I posted my application on the 27 August 2011, got the acknowledge letter on the 5th September; the pr was granted on the 20th Oct from Liverpool and receieved the passport 26 Oct. My case is straightforward: 5-year student+5-year Tier 1. Wish all the people get their pr as soon as possible as it is indeed a long wait. Best wishes.

First of all I would like to congratulate adam and lunads on getting back thier passports, particularly adam who has been waiting for 14.5 weeks, and I hope that vien will get his soon as well.

lunads case is of interest to me as he applied on the same day I did which is 27/08/11 and he got his today at 8.5 weeks. if I am lucky as he was I should be getting mine soon, I realy hope so.

Just holding my passport with ILR stamp on, but not received my wife's flr(m) perhaps it would take a day or two - not sure whether or not I should send my passport to Flr(m) section.

Sent application on 18th Jul
Paid application fee using bankers draft (paid to The Home Office)
Acknowledgment letter was dated 19th Jul
Passport stamped on 3rd Oct at the Liverpool office
Passport received along with all the docs on 26th Oct

Covering letter tells 'extension of stay is granted and see enclosed leaflet'
The leaflet is about what kind of visa is granted (ilr) and my rights in this country from now on.

Couple of weeks ago I did try to ring the enquiry line but I was told the reference no. I was quoting doesn't even exist. That made me quite worried so wrote a letter, as advised by the person on the phone. Then last week rang again just to discover that it is no more possible to speak to an adviser due to automated service. I then decided to just give up and wait for either good or bad news but today the good news came out of the blue.

Vien I'm sure that you'll receive your passport in a day or two (God Willing). Hunter007, Raja, Qazi, mako, donking, bunty, my friend ata khan and ah kassem the great and all other members I'm so thankful to all you for unconditional support and kind wishes. It was because of you guys that I kept myself going in these awful 14 weeks. I pray for all of you that you all get your ilrs soon.

I know it does look like a bollywood movies climax but honestly I just can't wait to see you guys getting settlement visas.

for the first time ever the list of ppl waiting is shorter than the list of ppl who have recieved thier passports. I am sure this cannot be true and i hope silent members will provide us with thier details soon.
