A question, do i have to claim the PCN (parking fine) on ILR form - personal history section? I have got 2 PCN tickets in the past 5 years, one is in 2007, the other is in 2009. Both have been paid immediately.
Thanks,
PCN's are just fines they don't appear on your file so you are OK. Same rules applies to FPN i.e: speedingkumar_0178a wrote:Hi,
Please can you advice on my case.
a) In 2009, September 24th, I got a PCN because I parked car in a yellow line, in a restricted time (on Saturday). I asked for clarifications in an enquiry, but had to pay the fine of £50.00 which I did before 14 days.
b) In 2009, October 10th , I got a PCN for turning right, where I was not supposed to take right turn (FAILING TO COMPLY WITH A SIGH INDICATING A PROHIBITED TURN - NO RIGHT TURN)
I had to pay the fine of £60.00 in the 14 days period, which I did.
These were the only 2 PCN's that I got. But, since I got them in a period of less than 14 days, do I need to declare them in the ILR form or just leave it blank?
I would have left it blank if it was one, but since they both have occurred in a 2 week gap, I am a bit doubtful on what to do. Again, this occurred in 2009.
Thanks in advance for your expert advice.
