Naturalization

Hello all,

Am due for Naturalization via Spouse route..(3years)

My question, my daughter just been granted her ILE can I apply same time as myself?

Someone pls advise

She is 14yrs

Assuming she was born outside UK and your British citizen spouse is not her other biological parent, then she cannot apply for registration as a British citizen under (section 3(1)) unless she has lived in the UK for 2 years (9.17.19).
