Application sent - 26/07/10
COA Recieved - 08/08/10 dated 02/08/10
RC- ???? still waiting
Im still a bit nervous and to whether we will get it, im working part time 15hrs per week , the only info i sent with our application was passports, marriage cert , passport pics and a letter from my boss stating my details and confirming i work there and how many hrs and how long for, this is all i was told to send by law centre, they said that marriage cert is the only proof of relationship u need to send.
I really hope 15 hrs paid work is enough. any thoughts|???
Thanks for sharing the info. The second part of your post should be asked in a separate topic as this thread is just for sharing the timelines. However, just to let you know that the work history should be of the EEA national and not of the Non-EEA national. If you are the EEA national then 15 hours work is ok, but is you are not, it would not matter how many hours you are working but whether your spouse is exercising treaty rights in the form of working/self-employed, student/self-sufficient+Sickness insurance for each family member.
Therefore, the application form may be incomplete if you only sent the employment records for the non-EEA national which would be irrelevant for the purposes of EEA2 application.
