What is the best time to pressure your company for a switch to TIer 2

Will soon spend 6 months with the company in a month?

As soon as you finish your 6 months ! I say do it now before they bring in some new rules :lol: If your company is already registered then its a matter of getting a COS !

Anytime that such pressure can result in your employer agreeing to sponsor you!

The question you need to find an answer to is whether your employer considers you worth sponsoring. If they do, the "appropriate time to apply pressure" is not something you need to worry about.

they do find me worthy of sponsoring ...just a large company that does not like paperwork

Will prefer to do it now....and forget about it so settlement time can start counting
