ILR success at Cardiff PEO - WP

I had an appoinment at Cardiff PEO on 17th Oct at 10.00AM on a WP holder (5 years with no change in employment) basis.

Documents submited around 10.15 and was called back after 3 hrs to be told that I didn't have any problem with my application apart from the passports which will have to stamped from Sheffield:). I got the passports (+2 dependents - wife and child) in 3 working days.

Documents attached (in the same order):

1: Financial Documents:
P60s + Employment History Letter from HMRC as few P60s were missing (lost)
Pay Slips (3x)
Bank Statements (6 months)

2: Life in the UK Pass Notification (Mine + wife's)

3: Employment Documents:
Employment Letter from the Employer (see sticky for template)
Employment Letter from the Employer with a list of work related absences (see sticky for template)
Employment Contract
Work Permit

4: Cohabitation Documents:
Marriage Certificate printout (as original lost)
Letter from City Council – to update Register of Electors 2012
Letters to Vote in the Referendum (mine + wife's)
Counterpart Driving Licences - (mine + wife's)
City Council Tax Bills
Letters from Bank
Letters from NHS (wife's)
Letter from the registered Surgery

I also attached a covering letter stating the reasons for not submitting the P60s and original marriage certificate.
