ILR success HSMP JR - through solicitor

Post by Son_of_Soil » Mon Oct 31, 2011 7:42 pm

Hello everyone
Finally it's my time to let you guys know that I have been successfull in my ILR HSMP JR with dependent less than. 2 yrs! I was supposed to goto Solihull on 2nd but due to sone unavoidable circumstances I couldnt go so tool help of my solicitor who helped me in my wife visa aswell

He submitted the application on Thursday the 27th but it was quite late for a solicitor to submit the application so didn't hear anything on 27th, on Friday 28th he told me HO had some system issue so they couldn't process the application , spent all weekend thinking about the outcome , n today around 4pm he told me my application is successful !

This forum helped me a lot to keep me informed what's going on for HSPM JR , n i have been following this forum over a year now ,also it also helped me collect required documents in good time ! So a big thanks to ALL members n moderators !

Document I submitted to my solicitor :
3p60s, n employment history for two years
Employment letter
12 payslips
12 bank statement
HSMP /tier 1 letter
2passport
Marriage certificate
110 days off spreadsheet with stamp page numbers

Please do let me know should you need any further info , I would be v happy to help!
Kind regards
Sandeep (son_of_soil)

congratulations for your success. finally long wait is over for you

Which documents you solicitor submitted to support your dependent application ?
I guess they consider your HMRC statement for your missing P60s.
which section you ticked in 10?

looking forward to your reply

Hello nehalbhagat
Thanks a lot for your wishes ,it finally over , I spent all weekend stessing !
It's all paid off!

Took my wife to a nice dinner , had a good time celebratIob

To answer your question. , My solicitor said HO is accepting employment t history without any issues so you will b fine !

Like I said I was all set to goto Peo in Solihull on 2nd , but I prepared my document following this forum!solicitor had to just file my case !

Mark your salary in payslip arrival stamp page number of passport in holiday sheet , all these small things make a big diff!

Congratulations:
In response to your similar post on your other topic I had asked you to trust what your solicitor says about delay.
