Post by ajitkarthik1 » Wed Sep 14, 2011 2:33 pm

10 days back i got ILR for me and my family, baby born in UK, guess i am eligble for claiming child benefit ?

When i looked into the child benefit form on question 19 what to selection and if i say yes what home office documents to send along with application.

If you have been subject to immigration control in the lastthree months, enter the date your immigration status wasgranted DD MM YYYY
Please send a copy of your Home Office documents to us with this form.

Dear all,

Even I can use this information please??

1: What date do we need to fill in the question 19 please? Is this the date when we ceased to be subject of immigration control please?

2: And what document can we send to prove this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Yes, you need to fill the date when you got your PR answering yes to the immigration question.

you need to send the photocopies of your passport and your child's passport plus of course the original birth certificate of your child.
