HSMP Checklist when you apply from INDIA.

Post by AkashS » Wed Sep 20, 2006 4:56 am

Hi Friends,

I am goin to apply fotr HSMP very soon. I am in process of getting experience letter (in specific format) from my previous employers, and I hope to get them soon.

Anyways, I have a small doubt regardin applying for HSMP frm India:

1) Do we need to send all documents to UK?

2) Do we need to show bank balance, properties etc when we apply for HSMP or it is required when we got approval and apply for Entry Clrnc?

3) I am going to show these documents. Pls let me know if anythng is missing:
I) Bachelors Degree Certificate (frm India) and Master Degree Certificate (From UK)
II) All Experience letters in the required Format.
III) Last 13 Months payslips (Let me know if for past companies, Final Settlement letter will be fine or not)
IV) Passport Photocopy
V) 6 Months Bank Statements.

Pls let me know if these are the things, which are required or I am mising anything. Thanks.

Regards,

Akash...

claiming points under Experience

Post by Prasad » Wed Sep 20, 2006 5:19 pm

For claiming points under Experience ,Is it ok to submit experience letters.

Or else we have to submit offer letters/sal hike /relieving letters.

I have seen many candidates in this Forum who submitted only experience letters.

Is it ok? or we have to submit all those docs.

Thanks in Advance.

Prasad.

- Yes,All documetns which are relevant to HSMP application

2) Do we need to show bank balance, properties etc when we apply for HSMP or it is required when we got approval and apply for Entry Clrnc?

Only during Entry clearance

3) I am going to show these documents. Pls let me know if anythng is missing:

get it NARIC certified.... not mandatory but highly recommendable

II) All Experience letters in the required Format.
III) Last 13 Months payslips (Let me know if for past companies, Final Settlement letter will be fine or not)
Last 12 months pay slips sufice

IV) Passport Photocopy
it should be notarized.. also try to include a original 10th class certificate, as recent rules doesnt allow photo copies of any nature..
V) 6 Months Bank Statements.
it should be 12 months, which shows your salary credit

Pls let me know if these are the things, which are required or I am mising anything. Thanks.
you havent mentioned which relevant categories you are claiming points... All the Best

Well as a rule of thumb try to include as many as relevant documents.
It will make easier for caseworker to assess the application and letters like salary hike/relieving ..... etc.. are no harm, rather makes your applicaation stronger

Thanks in Advance.
