Online booking Premium day service

Hi Guys

I have booked for premium service for tier1 extension for my new born baby. I have booked the appointment in my name. Any idea should the appointment booking be in my name or daughter name or this will not make any difference? May be I am being too cautious about over small issue, but any guidance would give me a peace of mind.

The booking should have been made in the name of the applicant.

Perhaps, the staff at the PEO will ignore the mistake and let you submit the child's application.

Since I dont want to take any chances with it, can you please suggest what to do here? I have called up the call centre for this but they say that they dont have any idea about the online booking system?

I know its a small mistake but dont want them to shoo me off when I go there.

No worries, i Have called up again and they have changed it to my baby name.
