Found this amazing news there in Google News and thought of sharing this with you.

I am not going through the news which are very generic, but if you go through the site and the MAC report you might understand that its affecting only those who got into the Tier system after 6th April 2011

Please see the section where it mentioned this consultation is for T1 and T2 after 6th April 2011.
