- Your employment in the current capacity (supported by WP) has started on 20 Jan 2007 - so this date should be indicated as your starting date.
- Your "5 years clock" has started on 3 Jan 2007 -- so you may apply for ILR on 7 Dec 2011.
(I find that putting a lot of details may be counter-productive -- let a caseworker just "act", not "think".)
