SAR File has got incorrect information

Hi there

Due to Home Office mistake, my first application was considered invalid, Subsiquent application was made with all proofs which was approved. SAR File i received does not have record of my first (invalid ) application, however SAR File shows subsequent application is out of time.

Can information within SAR file be challenge with home office own documents ?
