Why don't you have the bank statement(s)?

You state FLR(M) in the subject title and in your initial post, and now say that she is applying for settlement. Please be clear on what you are posting and asking, lest you be given the wrong answers because of your own mistake(s).

If she has been granted FLR(M) leave, then what is the hurry to apply for settlement? Try to keep your salary account in credit for the next 3-4 months and apply for settlement then.

Really appreciate your quick reply,
Lets put it this way

My visa=ILR ( 10 Long Residence-Granted :27/11/11-Last visa-Tier 2)

My wife=Tier 2 dependent (Issue-11/ 2008-Exp:11/12)

My 2yr son=Tier 2 dependent (Exp:30/11/12)

correct me if I am wrong She need to apply FLR(M) first then ILR ?.....She is in UK since first arrive 2008-more than 2yrs. Can she apply ILR directly?
