ILR 10 Years Long Stay - Use Solicitor or not?

Post by liwasha » Sat Nov 12, 2011 3:22 am

Hi

I will be applying for ILR via the 10 year long stay route within the next two weeks. My question is: Does it make any difference if I use a representative (solicitor) when applying or not? It is a straight forward application and everything is in order.

Thanks.

Recently two of my friends applied for ILR on 10 years long residencey and both were sucessful and within 8 weeks they got their passport.

if your case is straight farword then you don't need any Lawyer or solicitor :-)
