Out-of-country dependent(Tier 1) need some urgent help.

Post by sham111 » Wed Nov 09, 2011 8:03 am

Hi Everyone,

I am in a process of applying for my Tier 1 (General) Dependent visa for my Wife, gone through the list which i have to submit.
In regards to the Payslip for three months, i have for the Month July,August and September. I was in india for the month of October up until 13 November on emergency leave because of which i didn't have any payslip as i was not paid for that duration.

I was not able to apply for her visa during the time i was in india as her passport was underprocess and she got her passport now.

My Query : Is it ok to submit the payslip for the Month of July,August and September along with the application or do i have to wait for a further 3 months to get my payslip for the rest of november, december and january 2012.

It would be a great help if you can give some light on it.

Many Thanks

I think payslip are not mandatory. Only you need documents that prove your employment. Is my understanding correct ?

I am also in the process of submitting Tier1 dependant application for my wife.
I am providing following doc w.r.t to my employment ( I have a limited company).

1) A letter from my tax consultant(chartered accountant), specifying I am working for so and so client as an IT consultant, and drawing X amount as salary and X amount as dividend and total estimated annual earnings.
2) Limited company incorporation letter.

I hope these two are sufficient to prove my employment. right ?
