Tier 2 (General) - Changing Sponsor

Hi I would appreciate if anyone could reply to my Query.

Actually I came under Tier 2 (General) in June 2011 with Company A, and now I am getting an Offer from Company B with same salary and same job. DO i have to go came to my home country or i can change the sponsor with UK.

You may switch (i.e.- apply for leave to remain from within UK) on the basis of sponsorship (uCoS) from a new employer.

So you mean to say that I can change the sponsor without going back to home country. Do you any link where i can get the detailed reading.
