Gap between employment

i was on work permit form nov-2006 to april 2009 i made redundant in april 2009, than i found new employer and they sponsored me under new tier-2 visa from august-2009 since than i am with the same employer, just wanted to know when can i apply for my ILR as there is a gap of 3-months between employers may,june,july-2009. please help.
