HELLO ALL,
I AM DUE FOR MY ILR IN NOV-2011 I WAS ON WORK PERMIT FOR 2.5 YEARS AND SINCE LAST 2.5 YEARS I AM ON TIER-2 VISA AND HAD A QUERY THAT MY EMPLOYER IS PAYING ME CASH I HAVE GOT MY SALARY SLIP ITS SAYS PAYMENT METHOD CASH AND ALSO HAVE LAST P60. CAN ANY BODY HELP IF ITS OK THAT I AM GETTING PAID CASH BY MY EMPLOYER.

yes everything is normally regular salary i get with salary slips and also got accurate last year P60, if UKBA call HM revenue will find my record very accurate just method of payment is CASH thats it.

When was the WP leave issued in 2006 due to expire?
When did you apply for leave to remain under Tier 2?

my visa for tier-2 stamped on 15-aug-09 for 3-years.
WP due to expire on 29-11-2011.
