FLR(M) application

I am sure you can help me. I have got some questions regarding FLR(m) for my husband

Firstly, I would like to tell you that I'm british citizen and my husband is on tier 2 right now. I am studying full time and he's working full time as an accountant

my questions are below

1. is it sufficient to show 3 months bank statements of my husband only ?
2. is it necessary to have joint account? he has his account with lloyds tsb and he will be showing 3000 ending balance when we inshAllah apply for the visa
3. I have my own bank statement in the same address since Aug 11 and other bills on our name together
4. I am receiving student loan ( it is not a public fund since I will have to repay it after my studies , but it comes in my account and not showing ). is that a bad thing? and since i am a student is it good or bad? from my understanding if we both can live without the need of public funds they dont have any problem so would it be a problem if i am not earning?
5. my husband is earning 1500 after tax less 650 rent 80 council tax so we have 770 ( no other loans ) ( if i add my student loan then we are looking at about 1500 after council tax and rent )

Finally I would like to request if you can send me a sample supporting letter for my husband so I know what should be written. bearing in mind that I do not earn and I am the one with british passport
and any other letters which can give me idea? and any letter that shows how my hubby can explain the relationship of us
