Tier-2 License and Romanian National

our company have Tier-2 sponsorship license and recently we applied for a workpermit by sending the WP1 form , our HR accidently filled TWES section and got rejected , but in the rejection letter , it says we can reapply by sending WP1 form , but the asks for more documents such as -evidence of registration with HMRC, certificate of employer liability insurance etc.. we already provided these when we obtained Tier-2 sponsorship license. can we tell them this when we send WP1 form , is there any other way around, please experts reply. thankx

If your company has not hitherto made a successful work permit application, I suggest you get workpermit.com to handle it. A no-permit no-fee warranty may be possible
