OCI Processing time

Hi All,

I'm planning to apply for OCI next week in person. Does anyone know whats the processing time for OCI if you apply in person. I'm going HCI London. Please share your opinion regarding current processing times.

Thanks for your information. but i couldnt find any information as those posts from the year 2005. could anyone know the current maximum processing time for OCI application in HCI London, if you apply in person? please advice me.

If you apply in person it will be 3 weeks

Thanks very much for you kind advice. much appreciate that. I'm getting married by the end of Feb back in India. So i'll have to fly by atleast 12th Feb. At the moment i'm waiting for my Surrenderance Certificate which i apply through postal delivery, its been nearly three weeks. my status shows it still in HCI london :(. I'm expecting my certificate by next week.

If you only look at the the first few pages of a 63 page (as on date) discussion, you are bound to draw such a conclusion.
