HSMP decision on Phone?

HSMP decision on Phone?

Hi all,

Do they give the decision on phone? I called just now and they said that they have sent my documents back via airmail with the decision, but they did not tell me what the decision was.

Is it true that the give you the decision on the phone only if it is an approval and not if it is a reject?

Please let me know asap. Very worried.

There is no such thing...HO has been very vauge in providing decisions over phone...at times they tell it to u and at time not...

Well i asked them my decision over phone and they didn't told me even after my sincere request but thankfully it was a positive decision...so just realx and wait for ur decision letter....

If you get to talk to your caseworker, they will tell you the results. I found about mine over the phone

Yes it is possible to talk to you case worker. In my case there was a typing mistake in my approval letter and i contacted HO and spoke to my case worker.

Secondly some times they do give information on phone about decision on case. In my case i tried twice and both the time i was informed that my case has been approved!!!

I think 0114 207 6020, I told them that I need to arrange a courier pick up and they transfered the call to my caseworker who told me about the outcome of the application

I do not want to make you scare but I like to share by bad fate. Like yours, they did not tell my decision over phone but some how they replied that my case decision was rejection.

That was not a big matter but I have not get my docs back since it is nearly nine months they have dispatched via air mail to me. I am still waiting but almost loose my hope.
