Is the Marriage Certificate by Panchayat in English?

Is the Marriage Certificate by Panchayat in English?

Hi,
I am planning to appy for T1 G dependent visa soon after the marriage from Kerala, India.
1. I will get the marriage certificate from the Church. Is that enough?
If not, I am planning to get the marriage certificate from the Panchayat.
2. Is the marriage certitificate from Panchayat in English or in local language(Malayalam)? If it is in local language what needs to be done.
It would be great if you can advice.
