Application Queries

Hello members,

This is my 1st post to immigration boards.

I am planning to apply for my hsmp,but just had some queries:-

1) will my ADP statements photo copyof my salary slip do ? or do i need to send attested copies of the adp statements

2) W2 form printout do or original form is required ?

3) Can I send my Bacholrs Certificate photocopy ?

I have been in US on H1 for more then a year now and am applying uder 28 hsmp program.

please help me asap...

All in original please .
Salary slips, if not on letter-headed paper must be endorsed (signed & stamped) by the employer. Don't know what W2 is, but whatever it is, has to be original. Degree also in original.
