i am on psw. my current visa will expire on 20 january, 2012. my employer agrees to sponsor me. but i have 2 months left to expire my visa. can anyone help me about how long it takes for getting licence from UKBA.

is it possible to get all done by middle of january, so that i can apply 2 or 3 days before my visa expire

sponsor licence typically takes about 6 weeks.
