i want to travel to another country eastern europe , i have an invitation letter but their embassy is not our country , how can i do it.

What is the country that you wish to visit? (I presume that you are based in Nigeria.)

Sometimes a country allocate one of its embassies or consulates in a nearby country to cover territories in which there is no embassy or consulate. Sometimes an embassy of one country will 'represent' another country if that other country has no local mission. So it depends...
