-i got tier1 migrant general visa issued in 2010
-i travelled in august 2010 and stayed in u k for one month
i returned to my country due to the death of two family members in 2010 and 2011
i returned to u k in june 2011 i have stayed 14 months outside u k
-how can this affect my appllication for extension of two years and indefinite stay later

It will not affect the extension and other extensions that are also necessary due to fact that the five year residence period that leads to ILR was reset in June.
