Another question about English language test for the spouse

Post by shoko » Thu Nov 24, 2011 4:08 pm

Hello
I ve looked through the forum and couldn't find the discussion about the expired test eligibility.

I have my Academic IELTS test results(overal 7.5) but the certificate expired in July 2010, obviously I didn't get much worse at English since then.

Do you think there s a way for me to use this expired certificate in my application for the spouse visa, I also have a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate but not from the UK, and 5 years of work experience as an English teacher in Asia and Russia.
Just trying to spend less money...
Thanks a lot

You may use only "valid" test certificates from approved test providers.
It doesn't matter if an "approved" test was undertaken in UK or any other country.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
