Address to use for Royalmail special delivery

Hi,

Sending in a Tier1 General extension form. If I am using Royalmail special delivery, am I correct in assuming that I should send it to the UKBA courier address mentioned in the application form? I wasn't sure if there will be anyone to sign for the delivery at the post box address. Could anyone please correct me if I am wrong?

RM special delivery is not a courier service but a postal service.
