Married \ Maiden Name

Post by shubhoh » Wed Nov 30, 2011 4:13 pm

I am an Indian national with residency visa.

New passport : On married name
Old passport : On maiden name (With Visa stamped in maiden name)

I don’t have the time to transfer the visa on new passport as I need to travel urgently with my 3 month old baby.

Query : If I carry both the passports will that be fine to pass through immigration?
