Hi,
I am going to apply ILR in Jan12 and I am currently on Tier2, so shall i need to show gross salary on employer letter or basic pay because i need to show 29100GBP as threshold, but my present basic pay is 29000 & total gross pay for year is 32K including oncall. Please help me what i need to take a letter from employer.

Its the Gross (before tax) which matters.You would have to corraborate it from two different sources.
For example:
you can show your employer letter and bank statement for each of the payments made to you.

ya, or your payslips should have your Total Gross and net both.
