After submitting the appeal, if on review the original decision is not over-turned and you have to go to tribunal, what is the average waiting time to get an actual hearing date from the date they refuse to over-turn?

For example we have been given a deadline of February 2012. When can I expect to get a hearing date, and if appeal is won, when can my hubby expect to get passport with visa stamped (basically the whole process). I know its all different for everybody and it's not something anyone can know exactly, but I would just like a rough idea.

Definately not! Speaking from our experience, it is advised to obtain the english translation (attested) of your nikkah nama from the union council your marriage is registered with.

Soon inshallah just waiting for wife to pass her English test.
If sucessfull then should be submitting case feb! Just need a few more wage slips.

Just wanted to ask ideally when should the last wage/bank statement be dated on?

I've heard somewhere you shouldn't have paperwork more than 4 weeks old.

Ameen nicely put sis.

don't worry inshallah you will get a positive reply from the appeal. Im sure you will.

Thinking of send 6 months bank statements just incase.

i think i read a post from bately saying don't let them be over 4 weeks old. i will probably get my last one on request just before i give the case in.
