need assistance for PSW

hi
for PSW i have maintained 800pounds from 17/11/2011 so 90 days will be
covered on 14/02/2012 and my student visa is also till 14/02/2012
so i need to submit my PSW application before expiry of my student visa means on 14/02 but because it is not possible
to give the bank statement of 14/02 on the same day as 14/02 bank statement will be available after midnight of 14/02 means on 15/02
so i want to know is it possible that i should send my PSW application
first on 14/02 and my 14/02 bank statment afterwards on 15/02 or
can i send my application after expiry of my current visa
as a overtime application :roll:

send your original app, before date of expiry of visa

submit change of circumstances form along with bank statement later on.

do NOT submit out-of-time application

Could you please guide that which address should send change of circumstances form because for PSW application sending address and change of circumstances form sending address is different from eachother. Thankyou.

Read my reply in your other post.

Get a printed statement from your bank early morning on the 14th. Make sure it's on a letterheaded paper, stamped, and then submit your application via recorded post on the same day.

i send my college letter for psw and instead of "award date" heading in letter they write as "internal award date" .My question is that this will effect my psw application? thank you

You need to provide more information. What type of course did you take and is this provided by a private college but where the subsequent degree is issued by an affiliated university? If so, the internal award may not have any individual value with the external award as well. Who knows; you have not stated anything of your circumstances?

Okay I did Master's in Management and my awarding body is Wales university but I complete study in college and my sponsor college is in ukba tier4 sponsor list in A rating. Final result is out but university did not issue degree yet that’s why college gave me PSW letter that I have passed and degree will be issue to me. But In that letter instead "award date" heading college write "internal award date" which is confusing me because I already send my application on 26 nov and yesterday 2nd dec I received PSW university letter from college as well in which university stated "award date" not internal award date thatswhy I am confuse.

Please Guru let me know that due to " internal award date " heading my application could be effected or it's okay?

if you stuck to the same post people wouldn't have to keep repeating advice already given to you. Your college does not have degree awarding powers - the unversity does. So the date the university awarded you (after you made your application) is the relevent date and your application may be refused because you didn't meet the rules on the date of application. The college's 'internal award date' is irrelevent since they cannot award degrees.

okay thanks Guru i got your point so in that case what should i do? should i send then university letter with covering letter as well or i have to send university letter with change of circumstances form because i already send then application on 26th nov. my understanding, which could be wrong, after reading your countless posts all over the place is....

you have not been awarded degree yet...which is a key requirement of psw. so if you cant produce an original degree certificate...or a letter saying you have been 'unconditionally' awarded degree - just not certificate!... you are screwed!

your app will be rejected because u failed to satisfy the main criteria.

ask your college for clarification...they must have an idea based on their past experience about your situation....

Actually Guru i got univerity letter that i have successfully completed course and degree will be awarded to me but i got university letter after sending my application but univ already confirm my college that degree will be awarded to me thats why my college issued me psw letter which i send with my application.ANd in letter college mentioned that degree will be awarded to me but only point on which i stuck is that instead of "award date" college has mentioned "internal award date". Thank you

Anyway Guru thanks for your help just tell me one thing PLease if i have to send ukba univeristy psw letter which i received after sending my application so in that case i have to send that letter with "change of circumstances" form or with covering letter? again thank you.

change of circum. form should include your 'covering letter' material in relevant space within the app form plus whatever extra doc you are submitting....
