Biometric Residence Permit

Dear All,

I have made my Tier 2 General Visa Application within UK. I am switching from PSW.
Application made on:17 November 2011
Confirmation Letter received on: 25 November dated on 21 November.

I have not received Biometric Residence card invitation. Is it because I am Turkish and Turkey is associate member of EU and bacause EEA nationals are not required. Or bacause I have Biometric Passport which Turkey uses since 2010 June.

My questions:
Do Turkish nationals require Biometric residence card?
If I have biometric passport, am I excluded to have Biometric residence card?

It is nothing to do with your nationality or the fact you have a biometric passport. They just haven't sent you your biometric invitation letter yet.
