All in country applicants applying in october post here?

Post by v3 » Fri Sep 29, 2006 4:15 pm

Hi All

this sounds elementary question.. but here it goes

> i am applying under 28 ...presently i am in uk...so should i get passport notarized by "Notary" or "solicitor" ?

In india it would have been easy , but here i rang 10 solicitors, thy were confused themselves if thy can notarize my photocopies !!

> any1 among these who are switching from WHM to HSMP ?

> wht do u feel it is better to apply through consultant or apply ourselves.
cheers

im in the UK as well and i also applied to change from WHM to HSMP...

you can get it done from a solicitor.. it is fine.. all they have to do is look at the original and write on the xerox 'certified that this is a true copy of the original' and put a red seal / stamp on the xerox..

thats how mine worked anyway..

Hey ashishgusani

Thanks for quick response.

> did u apply through any consultant ?

> my perception is we dont need to prove to hsmp application ..the case while we were as WHM... i mean our work was incidental to holidays ..this sud be while applying for FLR i guess

> did u apply with any other documentation ( i mean making case as ur WHM and converting to HSMP ?

I would be gr8ful to hear from you :))
