Non-endorsable(fixed penalty) road traffic offence

Post by jariman13 » Tue Dec 06, 2011 11:27 am

Hi,

My ILR is due in Feb2012. Finishing 5 years combination of WP, HSMP, and Tier 1 General.

In Feb2011, I had a non-endorsable road traffic offence with fixed penalty charge for £30. which I paid in next day of the incedent. I do have the receipt of the payment from the authority.

Just wondering,
Would this offence make any problem in ILR process?
Do I need to mention about the offence in ILR application form or Not?

Your reply would be much appriciated.

Thanks,
Pranav

Fixed Penalties shouldn't create any issues for you in ILR. I would mention it in the application and go with all the supporting evidence. But the guidence states that these kind of penalties are already spent, so should be fine for you.
