Hi!can anybody help me?i am applying for my ilr next month,I currently have poor credit history and £500 ccj,will this affect my application?and also is a liability order for council tax a civil judgement?

Poor credit history has no implications on ILR. CCJ however, is a different ball game.

I would suggest that you contact the NACRO for this. They will advise you, if your these CCJ and civil judgement are declareable offences.

If they said that yes these are declarable offences, then you might be in problem. If they say NO then it shouldn't be problem to apply for ILR.
The question is... to be or not to be....
