Should the reference letter be stamped as well ??

Hi,

Does the reference letter on the company's letter headed paper need to be stamped with the company seal as well ??

If it is stamped, it will be more strong evidence.

if salary slips r on company letterhead and stamped , do they also need to be signed by employer?

There will definitely be a signature of your Employer of Authorized Person. Only Stamp will not work anywhere.

I meant a letter of reference on the comapny letter headed paper, duly signed by the HR manager (name & designation printed). Does this need a company seal also ??

For salary slips, if it is on company letter headed paper, there's no requirement of that being stamped.

Letter of reference on company letter head does not need to be stamped.
