Submit of PIO application for a Minor at hci london

Hi ,

I have a urgent query regarding my son PIO application having british passport.

We are flying out on 30th of Dec 2011,so will it be feasible to get his PIO done if i apply it tomorow .i.e. 08th of Dec 2011.

My current staus:Indian passport with ILR

Secondly, do these HCI london staff tell date of collection at the time of application or we need to check status online .

Any suggestion will be of great help.

Just for others info:

Today i.e 08/12/2011 I have submitted my sons PIO application and they have given me the collection date of 29/12/2012 and I am flying out on 30/12/2011.

Hope I get his PIO on time........fingers crossed
