No such thing and highly unlikely that there exists something like this. Embassy staff wants to see all applicants in person and they will not allow any application submitted on some one else's behalf, let alone via post. Sorry!

I obtained Irish visa from another EU country without going to the embassy. I sent all original documents by post.
Well, I am asking because my work will not allow me to attend the embassy.

i am not sure.but you can have all the details of embassies numbers in yellow page why not ring them ?
