Hi can everyone please add their current application status/stage in the signature column of your profile. Whether it is an application submitted from scratch or if you have appealed. It just gives everyone an insight of the whole visa process.. etc. and how long one could expect to wait. Many of us have already done so, it also helps when you have a query so that other members don't have to keep asking your status.. just saves time!

Thank you all

:D

Its also 4200 in lahore. Your have to ring the Internation Organisation for Migration to book your test and they will tell you the exact address and the amount you need to pay.

UK Spouse Settlemet Visa

Post by tafee1981 » Thu Dec 08, 2011 7:37 pm

I have submitted my application on 28/11/11 from KHI and still the status is showing the Application is sent to Islamabad OC. Any idea how long will the application takes and if it is forwarded to Islamabad or Abu Dhabi? My wife is british citizen and she is pregnant and she is in England on her own. I have attached all the relevant medical letters and scans from the hospital from UK. She is very depressed and needs very close attention as she doesn't have any relative to support her. Any possibility of getting the visa early in this case?

Regards,

Tafee

Was you able to confirm if partial retake was ok with ukba? Hope you can help!

Hi all
anyone who has appealed for spouse visa refusal,
do you know if the ECM writes a letter when he is maintaining the refusal?

Hi diehard - if ECM is maintaining refusal, they will forward a bundle with supporting evidence and a review decision, i.e. stating why they disagree.

Tafee1981 - normally processed within 12 weeks, but at the moment applications are being processed within 3-4 weeks. Did you do a covering letter explaining your wife's circumstances?
