You will need to apply for Schengen visas for you wife and children.
You should apply to the Embassy of which ever country you will
spend the most time in. If its equal, then you apply to first country of
entry.
When you apply, you should apply for them as EU family members
this means the visas will be free, and the documents you need to supply
should be limited to all passports (including your own), marriage cert,
photos, and birth certs in the case of children.
Using this procedure, no letter of invitations are needed according to the law
Please note, EU family do not need to fill in all fields on the
application form for Schengen visa.
* The fields marked with * shall not be filled in by family members of EU, EEA or CH citizens (spouse, child or
dependent ascendant) while exercising their right to free movement. Family members of EU, EEA or CH citizens
shall present documents to prove this relationship and fill in fields no 34 and 35.
