Hi all members .. I am self employed.. I don't operate through limited company but as a sole trader. I am going to submit these documents for my extension application . Please guide me if I need anything else .
1. Business bank statement for 12 months
2. Personal bank statement for 12 months.. (maintenance of funds).
3. Employers liability insurance certificate.
4. Invoices generated with stamp and signed by me.
5. Profit and loss statement from my accountant.
6 . Letter from HMRC stating that I am self employed with UTR number.
7. Class II NI contribution bill.
8. Statement of accounts from the accountant for my business.
9. M.Sc degree certificate original.
10. Transcript from the university.
11. Gross and net profit statement from my accountant.
12. SA 320 form as tax has been filled from HMRC.
Please guide me do I need to give Nything else as documents ?? I am tensed .
Please help as I am operating as a sole trader not as director of. Limited company.
